2. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Conduct

Revv Social allows users to post photos, vehicle builds, videos, comments, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Edena Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Service.

You agree not to post any User Content that:

• Is illegal, abusive, harassing, or promotes hate speech or violence.
• Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or spam.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

3. Moderation and Enforcement

Edena Labs maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive content and users. We reserve the right to review, remove, or modify User Content at our discretion.

Any violation of these Terms may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice. Users can report inappropriate content or block other users directly within the App.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding User Content), including all software, design, text, and graphics, are and will remain the exclusive property of Edena Labs.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edena Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
